1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services, digital platforms, client portals, and software engineering deliverables provided by Genesa (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) via genesa.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Genesa provides enterprise software development, digital transformation consulting, cloud infrastructure architecture, UI/UX design, custom AI integration, and dedicated client management portals. All custom software projects are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or master service agreements executed between Genesa and the client.
3.Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, all bespoke code, custom designs, and deliverables produced for a client become the intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise stipulated in writing. Genesa retains the right to reference non-confidential project deliverables in public portfolios and case studies unless restricted by an active Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
4.Client Portal & Confidentiality
Access to project dashboards, sprint deliverables, and specification files via our Client Portal (/portal/[id]) is strictly restricted to authorized client representatives. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal passwords.
5.Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We guarantee that deliverables will perform in accordance with agreed technical specifications during the warranty support period. In no event shall Genesa be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, unauthorized external system breaches, or client-initiated modifications.
